These terms apply when you use OhMy.xin (“we”, “us”), whether you join circles as a member or run one as an owner. By signing in you agree to them. Mixin Messenger and Mixin Network have their own terms, which also apply.
Your account
You sign in with your Mixin account. Keep it secure: anything done through your signed-in session counts as done by you. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Joining circles
- Each circle is run by its owner, not by us. The owner decides what the circle offers, its price, its rules and who may join.
- Membership fees, rewards and other payments are sent on Mixin Network and are generally final. Whether a circle refunds a payment is up to its owner.
- A membership gives you access to a circle for the period you paid for. It ends early if the owner removes you for breaking the circle’s rules or these terms, or if the circle shuts down.
Running a circle
- You may only connect a Mixin bot that you control. You are responsible for its credentials, for what your circle publishes, and for how you treat your members.
- You set your circle’s price. The platform keeps 10% of membership sales; the rest goes to you. Optional paid features, such as VIP plans, are priced in the product. We will announce fee changes before they apply.
- You must follow the laws that apply to you and your members, including any rules on paid content, promotions and financial information.
- We may disconnect or hide a circle that breaks these terms or puts members at risk.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or help others break it.
- Defraud people: scams, fake giveaways, market manipulation or impersonation.
- Send spam, flood circles, or run bots that harass members.
- Upload malware, or try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Get around payments or the platform fee.
- Post content that exploits minors, incites violence, or infringes others’ rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store, display and send it as needed to run the service. We may remove content, or limit an account or circle, when it breaks these terms.
Crypto risks
Crypto asset prices move quickly, and transactions on Mixin Network cannot be reversed. Nothing on OhMy.xin, including what circles publish, is financial, investment or legal advice from us.
The service
OhMy.xin depends on Mixin Network and other providers. We work to keep it running, but we provide it “as is”, without any promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features.
Ending your use
You can stop using OhMy.xin at any time, and owners can delete their circles. We may suspend or close an account or circle that breaks these terms. Sections on content, crypto risks and liability still apply afterwards.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by Mixin Network or by the conduct of circle owners and members, or for changes in crypto asset prices. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the platform fees we received from you in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using OhMy.xin after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
